The fug did it take him till year 3 to do that?

when he has no choice because he’s depleted resources trying to win now and trying madden cheat codes to defy nfl history and become a path maker only to fail and look like an idiot

and tep told him to stop the crony bulls hit and get experience and then put a leash on him…hopefully

I gotta give Rhule credit for one thing.  If you'd told me this time two years ago that the word "flexibility" would make me start violently dry heaving I would not have believed you.

But he's made it do so.

And I just vomited on my keyboard b/c I typed it.  Damnit.

Matt Rhule was asked about any pressure he might feel heading into his third year. Said he’s just focused on having a “good combine” after having put together his staff.

Every head coach feels pressure to win. That's why they put in the hours and the work that they do. Can't let outside perspectives change how they want to do things.

Why is this an ugh? There are 3 potential LTs who could be available at 6 that are all more talented than BC. I’d want to here him say this because the last thing I want is to avoid a potential stud LT because of BC.

    • I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.
    • Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
    • According to Scott Fowler, in an article about former Panthers announcer applying for a job with the Ravens... what that job pays, incidentally, when the Ravens posted it publicly they said the salary would be $4,000 to $5,000 per game. An NFL season consists of 20-24 games, including the preseason and potential playoff games, so it will end up somewhere between $80,000 and $120,000 a year. The person hired will be an independent contractor, which is commonplace in the NFL these days for team broadcasters, and also have other radio and TV hosting assignments.  https://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/nfl/carolina-panthers/article315839800.html
