The Panthers have been ringing the bell for a year. Watson isn't answering. He's probably seeing the Panthers as a last ditch option if a better team doesn't offer as much in trade.

He’s obviously interested he agreed to meet with us on the first day he was available! And we haven’t been eliminated from the conversation yet.
