I don't know why you guys look to Twitter for anything credible.

Because that’s where all the news is posted first if you follow verified sources. That’s not even debate, Twitter is the first place you’ll find out where DW is going

Dudes just want clout. If they get it right, they can be seen as someone who broke it first. If not, no one will care. Getting sick of this clout era we live in

Pretty much

Most see this as a 2 team race so everyone and their dog will take their 50% shot on it

Lol we actually talked about him a day or two ago but I guess we forgot to get rid of him. Taken care of. Way too much misinformation.

Was really harmless tbh. Especially compared to some of these users. Also if his postings turn out to carry weight.......

Agreed. He wasn’t trolling or even bothering anybody. He’s only posted like 14 times total. No a big deal IMO

    • I could use less of Steve Smith's opinion in my life.
    • It probably would be. Given that most 6th and 7th rounders aren't NFL game day material except on the Panthers, the pick might improve us slightly with a drafted player, but I'd like to see us actually be able to open up the field. I do think some of our offensive problem stem from defenses aren't afraid of Bryce's arm. They cover a short field and that makes life a lot easier for them.  If it doesn't work though, unless we get rid of the scouting department and whatever drafting algorithm Dave is making us use, it won't really matter anyway.
    • I think the Baker/Darnold thing has been overblown. QBs that struggle with the team that drafts them and go on to find success elsewhere often do end up going to multiple new teams before they figure it out and/or find the right situation. It just so happened that we traded for both guys in back-to-back years and neither player had quite figured it out yet. Baker, I think, needed more time and a better supporting cast. Darnold, I think, benefitted from a year on the bench in San Francisco a ton. I don't really have any ill will towards either of them. I think they both came here with the best intentions after coming from difficult circumstances; unfortunately the Panthers were - and still are, it seems - also in the process of figuring things out.
