I agree and share your concerns. The hiring of more experienced coaches like Campen & McAdoo along with the recent FA acquisitions so far give me a glimmer of hope that things just might turn around.

I still want it to burn because Rhule ain't going to win anything. Even with better coaching.

Bozeman would be a HUGE signing. If we do not land Watson we are literally one LT at pick #6 away from having an offensive line that is completely fixed.

Line: Rookie LT, Christensen LG, Bozeman C, Corbett RG, Moton LT

Hell yes.

We should have a better roster fit Willis to work with now.

I can't say this enough but Willis should sit a year Atleast.. No matter where he is drafted... You're  going to damage him putting him in there too early..

You can design plays/an offense for him to get involved in the second half of the season. Some simple read options etc…

Something that needs to be broadcasted here..

While the other teams were waiting on DW and having to jump thru fire hoops to get in position to get him..

We were improving the roster so if we don't get him we still are improving our roster..

Or he can sit not take a beating and learn how to read defenses and not run a water down or Mickey mouse offense..

I was thinking of how the Ravens did it with Lamar and the Niners had a few plays for Lance before he got injured. It’s a good way to get them use to game speed as they learn. The Bills just rolled out Allen after 4 weeks and let him take his lumps. There are multiple ways of doing it and I’m sure everyone thinks there way is the right way.

    • Velocity MPH. Okay, that’s a number in isolation. what if CJ has a nice 85% effort motion that does what he is looking for? And Young has to step into things to get even 2 mph behind him?  I don’t KNOW that about either it is just an example of numbers don’t always tell all, but when I look at Young throw it reminds me of someone like Fran Tarkenton. A throwback non athletic weak armed scrambler for those of you who don’t remember. Had a great career in the old smaller slower but much meaner NFL. Would not today, IMO.  I think the arm strength questions, are plenty fair. And the eyeball test, it does mean something. Who would take Bryce Young over CJ Stroud or Richardson based on his arm? It is obvious to the naked eye where they stack up.
    • Jarvis gets the first and the game winner!
    • Somehow win tonight and this series has a good chance to go 7 where anything can happen. will be an extremely tough test tonight though, probably the toughest game of the entire Rod era. Personally I'd go with Koochie but it'll prob be Freddie. Expecting a loss tonight so I don't get upset if it happens, but if we did somehow do the impossible and reverse sweep these fugers it'll be the happiest I've been about sports maybe ever (wasn't following the canes closely for our cup win otherwise that's obviously #1). Making the SB in '15 is up there right now but this could surpass that, especially if we can continue the run into the cup finals
