I'd be okay with moving Robby for whatever we could get. There are players in the NFL who have the clout to put pressure on their team to make certain moves. Robby Anderson isn't even close to being one.

Sounds to me he's asking to be traded.  Traded his ass for a 3rd this year and don't look back.

His final year he had 16td, 4 INT and a 90.7 Rating.

We're currently trotting out the worst QB over the last 4 years out at say one starter.

Let's be reality about how bad the panthers situation in.

He did it coming off of injuries with Jeremy Kerley as his top target. His 2nd receiver was so bad he never played another game in the league. His head coach never coached again in the NFL. His offensive coordinator took a demotion back to position coach. They tried playing Gabbert and it was a train wreck.

Either we get rid of Darnold or Robby. One of your starting WR can’t just disrespect your potential starting QB publicly endlessly.

I think parting with both is the better option.  I’d rather rep someone else at WR than Robby.  Maybe TMJ is or isn’t the answer….but I still wish we never paid Robbie and let him walk.

Drafting TMJ in the 2nd was a clear message that we were planning to do just that... then we re-signed him and I'm like... then why in the FUG did we just draft a WR in the 2nd with an entire laundry list of roster needs????

This team's management is just baffling.

    • Not the biggest fan of PFF grades long but they made an interesting point on their commentary this week Bryce Young is presently per them one the worst “deep passers in the NFL” this year.   Which was the comeback narrative of being great at it.  But PFF deep is actually intermediate.  It’s 10 yards.   During his comeback he was able to get off those intermediate passes because of the big shift defenses went running man and blitzing.   where Bryce struggles the most to date is just being asked to stand in the pocket and throw into coverage.   And really struggles on top of that if folks start disguising stuff.  (This part is me….and his small stature and arm struggle facing that)  so I would expect people just don’t give him man.  Dial back the blitzing and just ask him to play into coverage with his arm.
    • While I wanted Stroud I was ok with the Young pick. I didn’t judge. Not even his first year. No knee jerk reactions. Allowed time to watch him learn. It’s into year three and it’s time. He sucks. It’s true this franchise sucks too obviously with other players AND coaches doing much better after leaving.  Unfortunately it’s a severely dysfunctional franchise and the only thing that will save it is a true generational talent at QB that this inept FO actually lucks into picking or high priced elite vet if that is even possible who would come here over other places or Tepper selling or keeling over. Things that are just unlikely to happen.   The Panthers are literally the new age Browns.
    • I knew he wasn't long for the league the first time he went flying through the air like idgaf.
