Meh, def don't care  like I used to. This coach sucks, this owner sucks, the QBs suck. The meaningless words coming out of these fools mouths mean nothing. Ole Ben goofin was hilarious but obviously not in a good way he's a derpy dork who realistically made himself look like a moron. I personally found the humor in it so its slap stick funny at least

Damn, our overall outlook and hope as a fan base feels like it's at an all time low and not even close to any other time period in terms of how hopeless it seems most of us feel. I feel like if just one thing positive could happen that 90% of us agree on like a Rhule firing maybe that could ignite a spark and give us some little glimmer of hope again at least.

Willis has the most upside according to most. That would be the swing for the fences if they stay at 6.

Agreed I just forgot to mention that he mentioned RPO qbs translating to the NFL and with Howell and Corrall both being RPO dudes I made the correlation.

Speaking at a presser, Panthers OC Ben McAdoo was asked if Sam Darnold was Carolina's starting quarterback and said "yes."

"That is something I shouldn't have said," McAdoo added. From the mouths of babes. We guess we can't rule this out being some sort of clumsy smokescreen, and nobody should be surprised if the Panthers draft a quarterback. But one of the league's elite Down Bad teams continues to present itself as extremely Down Bad. “Sam was one of the people that intrigued me for the job. Sam does have some magic in his game," McAdoo also said.

LMFAO.  "One of the leagues elite Down Bad teams".  Sheesh, thats for damn sure.  We truly are Down Bad.  I tells ya, if it wasn't for bad luck, we'd have no luck at all.  We get no respect.

The Panthers publicly threw Teddy under the bus while he was still on the roster. They didn't learn anything from that and have done the same with Darnold. McAdoo is just declining to be a dumbass here. As long as a guy is on your roster you need to at least attempt to try to spin that as a positive thing.

Essentially, what Robbie Anderson does, just do the opposite.

about to start....

has Matt Rhule faced the media since our season ended? The Sam Darnold TC Protection Act seems to be enforced for Rhule.

Rhule talked to some media at the draft. I don't think it was an official presser though.

I believe this is the first time we've had a McAdoo presser since he was hired.

    • He does have speed. 21+ top end speed is very fast for a linebacker and his 3 cone drill time is considered excellent, close to elite.
    • This is awesome because you get to see the perspectives of the scouts--get a glimpse behind the curtain. I wonder whose doing this was; I am curious as to why David Tepper allowed it. Maybe it was his wife. Maybe Dan.  At least from my perspective--and probably one shared by other fans--when David Tepper bought the team, he closed everything off too much to the fans, and really didn't give an explanation. Things were obviously done because he (and/or some others wanted to do it). Remember when they used the guise of construction and all that to keep fans from seeing the team during practice? I know there are laws and safety and all that, but Tepper could've made it happen. And, of course, we all know that they essentially fired Jeremy from his independent contractor gig as a photojournalist. I never understood why they'd do that (and the negative reverberations obviously affected Jeremy and ultimately this place--i.e, us fans). The pie was (and is) certainly big enough to throw some scraps to the independents. I realize that you can't necessarily open the floodgates, but a few different perspectives from indy journalists whether in word or photos is a good thing in my mind.  So, it's great to see different perspectives. I will say this however: it is not without risk, as you know there will be some buster who will be calling the scouts out if the players flop. I think we should all keep in mind that the buck stops with the GM. It's nice to have one, however, that is so convicted in his people and process--and ultimately success, that he's willing to give fans access to this type of information. Pass this on to Tepper.
    • I hope he ends up being our best ever at the position. Ryan Kalil left big shoes behind that we haven't quite been able to fill since.
