At this point, there’s reportedly at least 3-4 guys each teams are floating/been tied to at each pick in the top-5 haha

JAX 1-Aiden, Neal, Walker, Ekwonu

DET 2-Aiden, Walker, Sauce, Willis

HOU 3-Sauce, Stingley, Neal, Wilson

NYJ 4-JJII, Thib, Ekwonu

NYG 5-Cross, Sauce, Stingley, Ekwonu, Thib

This is shaping up to be such a tossup

i'm just hoping i don't end up tossing up my supper.

you're right, though. this whole draft...i don't think anyone really has a clue what's going to happen.

It'll cut away just before our pick to a commercial about erectile disfunction.

Which would probably be appropriate for Panther fans since our picks will probably not induce excitement of any sort

The irony is Rhule says  7 years but he fighting for his job. They just said on NFLN Pickett is a poor man's Baker Mayfield. That logic makes you think... why not just take Baker for a 5th and salary or 4th and reduced salary. He'll a future 4th because  I'm sure Cleveland  is just trying to make sure Pitt doesn't get him. The only reason to wait is so we can trade back and then go after Baker.

One of the top 3 LT will be there at #6 we are not trading back

I'd take one of them no doubt but it sure seems Carolina is really wanting to net a few more picks to make up for the other blunders. I could see them dropping no more than 5 to 6 spots.

Yeah agree as much as Friday is going to suck the smart and correct decision is to simply stay put and take the best LT available

    • Watching games this year again and Bryce missed a wide open XL many times and some of them were in the endzone. I get the kid has mental lapses and hasn't broke out yet, but this is year three on a rookie deal! Cutting bait now is too early. If he hasn't gained anymore trust from his QB, posted any highlights, little production, or outright gets beat out then we can talk movement.
    • Samesies   I truly may just cash completely out of Panther football if we give him a long term deal that isnt necessary.  I have watched NFL for 50 years now and I can without a shadow of a doubt say you cannot win consistently with BY.  Way too many limitations to deal with.   I may come back around in 3 years when the inevitable happens and all parties are either cut and/or fired.  Giving him a deal before this season so you hopefully can get him cheaper in case he "blows up" or if you truly believe that he will has to be the most moronic decision a gm can make when the evidence is laid before you with different players
    • This is the one! I was at that game and all KB had to do was lay down on the corner after the pick or make an obvious tag while he was down. He had already ran a lazy route. Then if Cam would've just walked to the sideline like most elite QBs instead of trying to make the tackle.  A lot of people bring up the TJ Watt hit, but he just reaggravated a bunch of scar tissue from that play. And every Cam hater said that the running did him in and it was a dive tackle attempt on an interception that initially began the shoulder deterioration. He still went to New England later and would've got them in the playoffs had their A team not sat out the covid year. We quit on him too early. But hey how good was Teddy? Am I right?
