Yeah, I'd have Burrow #1 for sure. Not to discount Herbert and Jackson but Cincy going to the SB was nuts. Hell, Borrow and Chase might should've been #1 and #2.

I think Herbert ends up ahead of Burrow ultimately. Burrow just takes an insane amount of punishment. Way more than Jackson or Herbert.

Maybe, we'll see. Burrow takes most of that punishment because Cincy's OL has been low key damn near as bad as ours and yet he's still elite. Herbert has crazy talent and may have the better career when all is said and done but if I was holding Burrow I wouldn't trade him for anyone else.

I think part of it is the Cincy line but I do recall seeing/hearing some analysis during the year that indicated that the coaching staff realized that Burrow just wasn't going to avoid the pressure and they sort of relaxed trying to scheme him out of it and just let him do his thing.

Eventually that will have to change. He has to realize he can't continue to get lit up like this.

Had Jaycee not gone down he’d be on this list as well. Despite what people think, we have a very talented defense. Given the adjustment from college to the NFL and the hiring of actual NFL coaches, I think we’ll be just fine this year.

Everyone wants to blame Sam for the drop off week 4 on but when Horn went down the defense took a hit and not being able to go man to man and blitz like they were able to the first 3 weeks.

I don’t get the love for Lamar Jackson.  Dude is not an nfl caliber passer.

    • Two things: 1. Dr. Eric Eager is central to the draft process 2. I know that it was edited, but we didn't hear "Thieneman" one time, not even before the Vikings pick.
    • Why would he sign here as a guard when surely someone would sign him as a tackle?  Assuming he is healthy
    • Went back to watching the highlights. With a sober mind haha. Here is what I saw.    freddie needs to make 1 of those but the rest aren’t on him.    Slavin was BBBBAAAD again last night. Not sure what is going on with these game one Slavin gafs.    miller was ok but had his worst game in the playoffs so far.    nikishin was no good. His his awful turnover led to the first goal at the end of the first period that just can’t happen. ghost was beat like a drum multiple times last night, including the go-ahead goal at the end jarivs wont shoot. He is either hurt or he is struggling mentally and I think it could be a combination of both. He passed up a wide open net on the power-play only to pass it to no one and cleared it himself.     Svech played well. He is getting zero help on that line.    aho. Worst game as a pro. I mean that. He won’t shoot it, passes go to no one and turns it over repeatedly.  He did exactly what they did against Montreal game one when Miller had a turnover. Aho left his man to go help and left the golden Knight player wide open in front of Freddie.  If I was Rod, you Tell Aho when that thing hits your stick you fire it  someone needs to sit him down just him in a room and ask what’s going on. He seems soft, timid and has zero fire.   canes could have won that game   There isn’t a gap between these two teams  they are dead even   Carter Hart’s gonna get lit up in this series. We can beat that guy. the consensus last night was our defense played horrible and our stars won’t score.  clean the defense up. Tell the top line to shoot it everything and we’ll win tomorrow night.   Possibly convincingly.
