I like how Rhule has handled these practices for the most part, he should feel as comfortable as ever after a few years of this and what's easily the best roster he's had so far. No excuses this year for him to lean on after an upgrade in QB, O-line, and coaching staff.

He shouldn't be worried. A man is never worried. A man has a plan. A man works. And that is Sam's problem, he isn't a man in a man's league. That's why he gets so little play with his teammates and part of why Rhule is not followed as the leader of the team.

Player led programs are ideal but they only work when you're winning.

He's guaranteed to make almost $19m this season to be a backup, he ain't gotta worry about sh*t
