Never liked the pick. He wasn’t a dominant pass rusher in college. If you can’t you get to the QB in college, you probably will have a harder time in the pro because the lineman are significantly better. You don’t spend top 10 draft picks on run stuffing tackles and/or defensive ends. You spend those on pass rushers.

Watching this defense just makes me miss McDermott. 

Not Rivera. Once McDermott left this defense went downhill. Rivera’s last year here we were 31st in points allowed.

Meanwhile McDermott had the number one defense in the league last year and Rivera’s Washington defense was like 25th in scoring defense.

Rhule is terrible but let’s not act like Rivera was the reason for our previous success lol
