Rhule is NOT The Problem

Ok, slightly misleading title because Rhule can go fug himself, but he is not where our anger should be channeled at.

It's Tepper. He's allowed this poo show to continue knowing damn well a 3rd year for Rhule would be a lame duck. He allowed Rhule/Fitt to go after yet another poverty franchises garbage QB.

The list goes on in regards to his incompetence and aloofness. He will bury this franchise if nothing changes.

He comes from the Steeler organization where they have had 3 coaches in about 50 years---maybe he thought Rhule could build like he did at Temple, Baylor, but is now starting to realize that this aint temple or baylor

I kind of respect giving a coach time to build a team considering what a mess Rhule inherited.  However, it's painfully obvious to all the fans/analysts etc that Rhule is in over his head and doesn't belong in the NFL.  Waiting now is just being stubborn or dumb...

My perspective is it doesn't do much to complain about Tepper.  Most owners are mega wealthy egotistical pricks; I just hope ours starts to involve football people to help guide him through hiring the next regime.  

He's definitely on a roll with poor decisions but we're kind of stuck with him unless you want to change allegiances.

Everyone was so happy to get rid of Richardson and for some reasons rightly so.  Tepper was supposed to be the savior and had many of us fooled that he was going to bring the same mentality of the Pittsburgh organization.  IT'S NOT, not even close.

Richardson would have pulled the plug last year but then again, we'd still have Hurney.

For the life of me I cannot believe he doesn't feel embarrassed.  I remember how when he got the team WIN was like his only expectation and WIN is the only thing we aren't doing.

I wish no one ever tried to shoehorn the term "lame duck" into the NFL.

He's not even halfway through his contract, and a good season salvages his job. 

Matt Rhule is many things. A lame duck is not one of them.

Yes be mad at Tepper, but it's not as if Matt Rhule and his college system and mentality isn't the main reason this team is failing miserably. Does anyone actually believe that another NFL team would pounce on Rhule for a head coaching job if he gets canned tomorrow?

Rhule really thought he could translate what he did in the Big 12 to the NFL. The Difference in Individual Ability and Talent is in another league and I guarantee Rhule is running this program exactly like what he did at Baylor.  But don't worry guys we just need to "battle through"
