We're better today than we were yesterday, that's for sure.

At some point, sure.

We replaced a guy with 5 wins a season with a guy who got 3 wins.  He then fired the coordinator of a decent D and kept the inept coordinator of the absolute worst O in the NFL.

Those of you predicting Wilks is gonna turn this around are funny.  🤣🤣

We needed to be rid of Rhule and that's good.  But you are what your record says you are.  Wilks is a tanker.

When Wilks starts PJ and we make it to the playoffs, that's going be the nail in the coffin for Rules football career.

Like how you known the kid since college yet refuse to play the only QB who knew your system in and out.

Maybe his QB been under his nose

Alas, welcome to the Dark side...black helmets black HC black QB...

Remember when we all thought we had pulled a huge victory by locking him down.  Giants wanted him.

Now, one of those teams is 4-1 and IT AIN’T US!!

I respect this move by Tepper.  Shows there will be accountability.  Go ahead and make a move.  The season is in the gutter, but at least now the culture of losing can potentially change.

I like Wilks too!!

Yeah, there is no 'all of us' when talking about Rhule's hiring. Many of us were skeptical at best and strongly averse at worst. This trainwreck was visible from day one.

    • One thing I didn’t consider is how thin this draft is at quarterback. That’s going to drive up the market for backups and borderline starters like Willis, Jones, and Jameis Winston. Because of that, we’ll most likely be priced out of the market for this tier of backup.
    • We've already beat the #1 seed twice, why not one more? (Packers and Rams were both #1 seed at the time we played)
    • My determination has come down to this. Based on recent QB history, has Bryce's improvement warranted 50m per season? Lamar is the only original team QB to play on his 5th year. The others took major deals at the end of the 3rd, before or just after the option was signed. Chances are, we're getting asked for the same.  I haven't rooted for Bryce to fail. I've rooted for him to succeed so big that them signing that extension would give me no worries about our future at QB at all. We haven't seen that level of play consistently that this year. We haven't seen it in the past 6 games.  We're about to be at a threshold with Bryce and I worry about what this front office will do. We have a history of bad decision making and Morgan has been part of that group making those decisions. I don't want Carolina in the same boat Arizona and Miami are right now. It has nothing to with being right. It has to do with wanting to win for more than a single season. We've never had back to back winning seasons. Faith in their abilities is not warranted at this point.
