Please.

Get rid of every single "Rhule guy" by next year. He brainwashed too many of these dudes into thinking losing is okay and part of a process. Need to get guys like TMJ and Shi those reps and see if they have it or not.

IMO, TMJ and Shi these last two weeks, with limited snaps, have shown some flashes of being steady and contributing if given opportunity.

Of course, the top three targets are Robby, CMC, and DJ. Need PJ to spread the wealth, see what we got.

Trade him for whatever, cut him, just get rid of him.

His contract is terrible. He's 10% of the cap next season, and I think we can all agree we don't want him on the team next year. It's going to hurt no matter when we do it.

He has a terrible attitude. I'm sick of watching him mope, hearing him pout, miss blocks, round off his routes. Yeah, it's a poo situation, but CMC and DJ are still going out there and busting their ass. Plus, I'd rather see Terrace and Shi.

He's not going to be in the team's long term plans. I think we can all agree on this.

He probably has the most inexcusable "Rhule's guy" contract, even worse than Ian Thomas.

You don't want a guy like that around a team with a bunch of youth at WR, especially when DJ isn't the vocal leader type, which is fine. Right now the loudest voice in the receiver room is almost certainly Robby.

Get him gone, please.

...I shee whacha shayin man..u feel me.

I still think the Ian Thomas contract is worse.  At least Robbie had 1k receiving yards in 2020 while Thomas has shown…?

But yes, please get rid of this guy.  I’d take anything for him right now.  Shi Smith started looking improved and Terrace was making some grabs.  Season is cooked, at least let the young guys get reps.

    • I think they are holding back to see what they have in the young guys, but I think it's a near certainty at some point they will bring someone else in. Right now (assuming we keep 5 CBs which is normal), the top 5 IMO are: 1) Jaycee Horn 2) Mike Jackson 3) Chau Smith-Wade 4) Shemar Bartholomew  5) Akayleb Evans   Obviously Jaycee is the alpha in that room and paid as such. Need him to stay healthy and continue to play at a Pro-Bowl level. Mike Jack did pretty well all things considered last year, and they gave him lower-level starter money. Fair deal for both sides.  Smith-Wade showed some promise as a slot CB. I think low-key he's a lock for the team. Different size and skill set than the other CBs. Shemar Bartholomew was the most sought after waiver claim last preseason. Was 5th CB most and inactive most of last year. Had a few defensive and ST snaps. Nothing of note good or bad but too small a sample size to make any judgment. Akayleb Evans was a 2022 4th Rounder for the Vikings. Has started 19 games (including Week 18 for the Panthers) in his career and played in 43. Was pretty good in 2023 before getting injured and falling down the depth chart last year. There's some other guys on the outside looking in, but until they show more in training camp I dont see anyway they make the 53. And only Jaycee, Mike Jack, and Smith-Wade are locks to make this roster IMO.
    • Was just reading the Ask the Old Guy story on the team's website and was shocked to see that only two 2nd Rounders have signed so far, 30 of them haven't. That isn't normal, the Texans really screwed things up for the rest of the league, no other explanation that I can think of for 30 of the 32 picks to still be unsigned at this point.
    • They need to address CB before season starts. This is not going to cut it.
