I'm very much on the fence. Every time he makes a humbling comment he quickly follows it up with something that comes off cocky as hell. I think he still thinks he's the smartest guy in this business and he just made a mistake in Rhule. Honestly not sure he's going to be any less cocky going into this next search.

Can't argue about the culture. There has never been a culture of winning in this building. Only way to establish that is with solid leadership top to bottom though. Can we pull that off with this ownership group? Time will tell.

i think it easy to get his tone management mixed with his messaging. I thought he was going to be cocky to with some of the way he started his sentences, then quickly corrected himself. I am sure he is really annoyed right now and he is holding that back. I can't imagine having to answers to millions of strangers about my decisions. Has to be a tough situation to manage mentaly.
