We're playing slow ball and putting it in the hands of CMC instead of PJ. That gives us a chance and keeps our defense fresh and opportunistic.

It's old fashioned, but it's a strategy that Rhule would have been embarrassed to use.

The worst thing about the djax pick six is it reaffirms the coaching staffs faith in him and Burns was in coverage so it justifies continuing to do that BS too

The last time pj tried to do stuff he threw 2 picks one in the end zone and another that was almost picked vs the lions. The cardinals game cam scored twice. We have the worst offense in the league.

I mean you could still do that with a timeout.  Get a could punt return and you might need 2 runs to have a shot at a field goal.  

it’s not really excusable IMO.  Wilks blew that from a game management aspect.  Granted he probably is a tad overwhelmed but still

I agree. I just think Sam would put points up for both teams. That would cancel each out. Sam would probably be more entertaining tho.

I like it. Wilks isn't having any of that Temple and Baylor nepotism. He wouldn't even be fielding PJ if he wasn't our last option.
