The money this season is only dead because he's no longer on the team.  Dude was nearly non-existent on the field, so his money was 'dead' anyway even with him on our roster.  Now we just don't have the headache of him being on the team.  I'm sure another WR can drop a few balls to make up for Robbie's absence.

When you trade a player it accelerates the pro rated signing bonus the same as being cut that is incorrect...Also please keep in mind I agree he needed to go and that he added nothing to the team.

Anderson was traded for a 2024 sixth round draft pick and a 2025 seventh round draft pick, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

It’s only $900k for this season (base salary) and next year is $12m but not guaranteed. The acquiring team does not take on prorated bonus/money.
