You had me up til the Cam comment. I love Cam but the game has passed him by, and it is best if we move on. However, I would love it if we can recapture our hard nosed identity.

Yeah I still have that itch to see what he can do, but tbh I think the next time we see Cam is when he walks to midfield at BoA for his number retirement ceremony.

You're basing that on Cam in '20 with a broken New England offense / '21 with Rhule as HC w/ horrible protection up front

Cam is one of my favorite panthers of all time but if I see one more comment about how we should bring him back I’m gonna lose my poo. I love Cam, but the dude isn’t a starting QB in the league anymore and hasn’t been for a while. It sucks but it’s the truth.

People are saying Cam is done without first seeing him in an adequate position to succeed.

Nobody can honestly say his last two years he was in position to succeed.

Cam deserves a chance to play behind this line.

His shoulder is shot man.  It sucks but it is what it is.

But the numbers said he was coming back in MVP form...

...unless that was all bullsh-t 😆

I am basing it off of a 10 year veteran, who did the most damage running or excuse me, trucking linebackers. However, that shoulder is shot, I just don’t think he has the arm accuracy or strength anymore.

    • …is Brycen Tremayne with 108 yards. Not sure what that tells us but I imagine it’s some sort of gumbo consisting of the following: - Bryce can’t push the ball downfield  - contrary to what many were saying this offseason, the wr still needs a lot of work.  - we need Coker back badly.  - Brycen is pretty good! Congrats to that young man! Curious to hear other’s read on it. Was a pretty surprised to see he had more yards than anyone other than Tet and thought that was symptomatic of our issues on offense.
    • I don’t think many fans would have guessed the Chiefs and Ravens would be where they are right now. Same goes for some surprise packages like the Colts, I’m not sure many would have put money on them being top of their division after five weeks. It’ll be interesting to see if this continues!   Not necessarily. The Chargers have lost both starting OL and their 1st and 2nd choice RBs. They fell apart against Washington. The Broncos have just beat the Eagles, so they’d be my favourite in that division, but they are still only one win ahead of the Chiefs. All the Chiefs need is a couple of results to go their way and they’ll be right in the fight for the AFC East. I think that division is going to be very close and probably not a 12 or 13 win division like predicted. Unless of course the Broncos kick on.
