His issue has always been accuracy and decision making, other than that he is an elite athlete.

I disagree and have shown you data showing he was the best in his class at going through progressions.  It's hard to throw accurately and make the right decision when your OL breaks in 2 seconds and your WRs aren't getting separation.  I wish he landed in a spot with a good OC or offensive HC to develop him and provide something for him to work with in relation to his OL or weapons.  Claypool instantly became his best WR and he isn't that great of one to begin with.

As a part time Bears fan, Im a bit more passionate when it comes to Fields. 

As I posted in another thread, I am losing steam on Levis. I dont think he has issues with his decision making, but I do think he has the Cam issue with short to intermediate throws. Tends to throw them high.

Also, KY is running an offense that is not centered around the QB due to their new OC running exotic run schemes, so its hard to read what Levis is capable of. Also sucks that levis is playing with a  broken finger, sprained shoulder, and a foot injury.

That's what happens when you play behind one of the worst pass protecting offensive lines in the nation.

Looks like he has plenty of time with these interceptions... but maybe the data outweighs these NFL plays...

Nagy made him look better, it’s not about bother it’s about facts. He’s not a good QB he’s not worth a top first round pick at this point much less a top 10 pick.

 

Why do it bother you? Are you a Ohio state fan?

We need a Mahomes, Rodgers, Brady level passer.

I don't care if the guy is a statue as long as he can deal.

Cam pre injury was an elite package at QB. You realize Mahomes isn’t as advanced of a passer as Brady and Rodgers right? He has the ability to throw the ball in wild ways but he isn’t reading and conceptualizing the field like Brady.

This is what I was taking about.  When he had time at weapons like he did at OSU he went to his 2nd/3rd options more efficiently that any QB in his class and his accuracy was also ranked up there.

If anything the red flags were he held the ball too long going through progressions at OSU.  The one read inaccurate passer is a myth.  Give him some time, weapons, and a good OC and I think he can make another jump in Chicago.

      There aren’t that many ways to screw Day 2 up.  That’d be them making an obvious reach, or selecting at one of the few positions that we are pretty solid at. Because as excited as we are for the growth and improvement this team is showing, it’s still not an overly talented or deep roster. Honestly, there aren’t really many positions I’d feel bad about. Feelings about Bryce aside (because we are not going to select a QB), it’s really RB (bad positional value) and that’s it. I guess OT too since we grabbed Freeling in Round 1.    While not as high on my wish list as other spots, you can justify WR or TE.     Interior offensive lineman who would likely take over an interior spot either this year (at center) or guard (next for cap casualty of Hunt or Lewis)? Fine by me.   Dlineman? Yes, that’s a highly rotational position and we have zero quality depth.    ILB? Yep, could stand for an upgrade over Wallace.    EDGE? Absolutely wouldn’t hate another option to spell Phillips, Scourton, and Princely.    FS?  Would love to add better coverage skill set to the backend of the defense. Moehrig and Ransom are great in run support but not as good deep. Adding a more traditional FS would allow us to mix and match/run some 3 safety sub packages and or a big nickel type look with a SS down near the line for better run support in possible pass downs.    CB? Could stand to get better at nickel.

      Sounds like Veesaar is entering the draft. He could always test the waters and pull out and return but without him our big men look like a serious liability. Better do something in the portal. If they don't do something about this portal madness my days as a college sports fan are probably numbered. This bullshit of having a nearly entirely new team every season is gonna get old fast.
