Interesting observation

Short version is that the same officiating crew who last week flagged DJ Moore for taking off his helmet neglected to flag Jalen Ramsey this week for the same thing.  I didn't catch that game, and the incident isn't on the highlights.  But seriously, at what point does the NFL actually do something?

My main concern is that the NFL will do something.  Every time they address a rule or situation, they seem to somehow make it worse.

After last week, I would not be at all surprised to learn that they sent an interpretation to the officials reversing a previous interpretation, and that was why last week's penalty was nothing this week.

I honestly don't think they have managed to touch the rule book, provide interpretations, or "points of emphasis" since the Rozelle days without either making a situation worse or creating a problem where there was none to start with.

One of the Bengals touchdowns on Sunday, there was a helmetless Bengal celebrator in the end zone.

No flag.

It was a BS call on us.  Everyone knows it.

The NFL already said DJ should NOT have been flagged. We got screwed, but it is what it is.  The refs can't go around flagging everyone else because they screwed up the call in our game.

We were down 42-7 to the Bengals in the 4th quarter yesterday.  We didn't need to win that last game.  All these losses are doing are helping us reach our ultimate goal of a young, franchise QB on a rookie deal.

Did Jalen throw his helmet?

Something neglected by the Huddle is DJ not only removed his helmet but threw it.

I brought this to his attention in another thread so he has used his own random classification system to magically make Corral a "mobile" QB which he is ok with.  I mean Ole Miss called running plays for him all the time in the RPO, but that doesn't matter....
