I'm talking scale. Fake bravado is as bad as fake virtue.

I don't think Mayfield is fake anything. He may be unlikable sometimes, but he is who he is.

Yeah, Baker is even more cringey after we see how disappointing he has been.

The stuff going on with Wilson is about way more than just his on-field performance.

Yeah imagine how Wilson would handle getting benched. Baker on the sideline mic'd ups is usually pretty light hearted and amusing, Wilson is like weird cultish robot stuff

Pretty much.

I mean there are certainly people who don't like Baker, but I haven't heard of anybody who thinks he's fake...or just downright weird 😳

Reading "audibles" and "Seahawks" in same sentence sends me into PTSD of when I was in Seattle on January 22nd, 2006.

Seahawks literally knew every play/adjustment Jake was calling because we didn't change them from the week before and Seahawks had the TV audio of that game.  Another John Fox blunder.

we need a good QB. more than that, we need good coaching.

i really hope we can pull off getting both in the offseason.

100%.  If we don't land a good coach, nothing will matter.  This next hire is critical.  If it's a dud, Pantherland will be fluttering away like a bojangles fart in the wind.

    • every team having an international appearance every year is almost guaranteed right now.  Panthers will be the Home team in Germany once every four years in the current rotation (2028 being next). List of home game markets: Argentina: Dolphins Australia: Raiders, Rams, Eagles, Seahawks Austria: Lions, Colts, Chiefs, Pats, Seahawks, Bucs Brazil: Lions, Dolphons, Pats, Eagles Canada: Bills, Bengals, Cards, Lions, Vikings, Seahawks China: Rams Colombia: Dolphins France: Saints Germany: Falcons, Pathers, Lions, Packers, Colts, Chiefs, Pats, Giants, Steelers, Seahawks, Bucs Ghana: Eagles Greece: Chargers Ireland: Packers, Jags, Chiefs, Jets, Steelers, Titans Japan: Rams Mexico: Cards, Cowboys, Broncos, Texans, Chiefs, Raisers, Rams, Dolphons, Steelers, 49ers New Zealand: Raiders, Rams, Eagles, Seahawks Nigeria: Browns South Korea: Rams Spain: Bears, Chiefs, Dolphins Switzerland: Lions, Colts, Chiefs, Pats, Seahawks, Bucs UAB: Rams, 49ers, Commanders UK: Ravens, Bears, Packers, Jags, Chiefs, Dolphins, Vikings, Jets, 49ers So if we're *not* the home team, then we should keep an eye out on our road trip schedule for any of these teams and assigned home countries for potential matchups Example:  if we're playing the Packers as a road trip, there's a chance that the NFL would make us play in Ireland or the UK for that matchup to align with GB's home marketing country
    • He did say he was likely to take a good OC spot over a bad HC spot. A little surprised he didn't go Lions. That's an insane offense to have your hands on.
