At this point I’d throw in my grandmother to stop this cycle of washed up and never was at QB

Have you seen how the last few have worked out? denver wilson, rams goff, in a way philly wertz, 49ers lance....... sounds like a great way to piss away picks.

I’m getting on the Johnston train.

See what you have in Corral, if he flames out, we’re in position for Caleb, Maye, Ewers, or Penix.

No...we are never in position because We are NOT that bad. We pick where we pick every year for a reason.  Its the same trend every year, do you not get tired of saying this?

Which qb that’ll be available for us to trade up for is worth 3 firsts?

The only game I watched Richardson play in was vs Kentucky and he was god awful. I was legit confused of why he was a 1st round prospect. Maybe I caught a bad game..

Nobody has said that Richardson is a finished product, he's raw and has a very high ceiling

That’s what they said about Malik Willis and he was one of the worst QB’s I’ve ever seen. And unless he improves by 1000% he’ll never be anything. Gotta be careful taking “potential” guys. Esp when their best QB trait is athleticism

    • I mean, I think you're being a little hyperbolic with the last statement, but point taken.
    • Pass rush was the biggest issue in tonight’s game, and we were tied for 28th in sacks this season. That is a major area of need that has to get addressed this offseason. I just don’t see a path where there’s a game changing QB you can bring in with where we are drafting and quality of veterans that will be available. We certainly can do better than Dalton as a backup, and should ideally have a developmental guy  (perhaps a day 3 pick this year). We have bryce for one more year on a reasonable contract and then I think 2027 is the year that you reset that position (unless he massively improves).
    • Agreed, honestly basically bringing this group back as a healthy unit would be alright.  Brady Christensen should be resigned to a very reasonable deal with him recovering from the Achilles.  Atleast we're alright at 4 of our 5 spots with Lewis, Mays, Hunt, and Moton, Nijman was decent.  While if we can snag a deal on someone, take a stab, however our resources need to go to Linebacker, Pass Rush and a real option outside Tmac (coker is amazing, but if we can get someone who isnt braindead opposite Tmac, we can fully unleash Coker AND Tmacs full potential, cant move him into the slot if racoon boy is out there licking doorknobs).
