Why I think he gets an extension/restructure with salary converted to sb. 

Same for DJ Moore and Moton as well. 

All three are over 24m against the cap.

Depends on the coaching staff. If Wilks stays then Shaq is restructured imho. 

With Wilks we'd have a higher retention rate of players....basically same roster with a handful of FA's and picks. With a new HC...nothing is off the table. Except for Burns.
