VERY interested to see how he plans to deploy the offense.  Is he going to craft it & play-call? Or is he going to find a younger guy to run with one built around his framework?  And who would that be.

His role in our offense & the OC hire becomes mission critical now.  Hopefully he has some good dudes in mind.

To be honest I’m hiring a talented up and coming minority OC we gotta start trying to use those hiring rules to our advantage. The whole reason most wanted an offensive minded HC is if we lose our OC to a HC gig we wouldn’t skip a beat

Yep. In typical huddle fashion, this will be a feel good thread. With more from Zod to follow about why he was after all the best HC to hire and how we will be in the SB soon.

And a full off-season of delusional fans hyping themselves up and poo on the ‘room and gloomers’ only to be let down once again despite the writing already on the fuging wall for non casual, long time fans. The amazing part is people seems to lose all memory until next hire and it starts all over again lol.

Guess we will have to wait another half decade to have a chance to get to the modern age.

Yeah the HC that groomed and developed the Eagles young HC and OC is so dated in his ways.

Names to watch on offense, staff wise:

Mike Groh, Klayton Adams, & Tyler Boyles could certainly coming here.  Maybe Parks Frazier.

Those are the 4 in particular from his most recent staff I see closest to him.  Definitely Groh & Frazier.

It won't be a replica of the Indy staff circa 2021/22, but I imagine a few will surface on offense/his main dudes.

I can't tell if the people in this thread that are excited about Reich are actually excited about having Reich or are just excited it isn't Wilks.

Honestly, this is a pretty meh hire. I think he will be something like a RR results wise - might get us to the playoffs 1 out of 3 years and won't do much of anything in the playoffs (unless he finds an elite QB to carry him).

It’s similar to women forgetting the pain of child birth. It’s the only way Panthers fans can continue to watch

Up next.......the 2023 regular season and another 6 win prediction

...........

I would guess at this point in jan our over under odds for win total would be 7.5 for 2023
