What is your unpopular opinion?

1. Majority of teams have holes, the only one they truly matters is QB, there are plenty of ways to fill in the rest.

2. Should always build out an Offense before a Defense, much easier to find defensive players in free agency once your competing.

3. LBs aren’t a value and we don’t need a top tier one to compete.

4. Most teams are within 2 years max of competing at any point with a competent coach and front office.

We'd be really good and immediate owners of the NFCS if we picked up Derek Carr in FA.

I'd rather draft Bryce Young, CJ Stroud, or even Anthony Richardson in the first, but if we don't then get Carr.

I don't want any vet starters at all. A journeyman backup sure. I don't care if it's a second round qb and Corral competing to start. Just start drafting rookies and throw them out there. Please stop wasting money on pricey declining vets. I can't take that anymore. For the love of the Panthers please stop the insanity.

I’m the biggest believer of Point 1…KC has an elite QB and TE and is very meh everywhere else but the ability to move the ball helps everything.

If Carr is released we should be in the mix. And I'd still draft Richardson if he was there at #9.

Yes I'd rather draft Hooker in the 2nd and get Darnold/Minshew/Brissett than throw a bunch of money at Carr

    • I would say that seems like an odd comment from Morgan, but at the same time it's almost impossible to find a college QB declaring for the draft to have less physical ability than BY so you can assume almost anyone you bring in would be your go to QB sneak/designed run guy.
    • Gronk is the best TE of all time, but he also played with Brady. Clarke was great, but had Peyton and in an era TE's didn't make crazy money. Kittle is great, but the two times he's made the SB, he was still on his rookie contract for one, and the other the 49ers had Purdy on a cheap rookie deal which help them build the rest of the roster. So again, it's not about not wanting an elite TE, of course it would be nice.  But realistically, in today's NFL, unless that elite TE with a top end TE salary is on a team with a GOAT level QB and/or other serious cap savings (i.e. key players on rookie deals), then I think it's not a good use of cap space.
    • This place was the poo pre tepper with tons of hilarious posters like phillyB. Joined in the 2000s during the 07 season and have been here bitching about this team since. but yeah its sadly been dying a slow death, every time I come to this site I am surprised its still up. I think the 2015 season was the absolute peak, the Panthers and this board especially just haven't "felt" the same since then. Igo should really sell the board since he clearly doesn't care anymore. Also, Reddit blows and the Bryce defenders on there need Jesus.
