Steve Wilks is a good man, a strong leader and someone it's very easy to cheer for.

I do for the moment think that the Panthers made the correct decision, but I also hope that Steve prospers in the future.

No other team interviewed him for a HC job. I'm happy for him too, he's in a great spot with a great organization. He's just not modern HC material.

Love that for Coach! Great spot for him, and I anticipate he will be in high demand as a HC soon after. And he's reunited with CMC lol.

 

I was actually a Niners fan as a kid before we got the Panthers, so as long as they're not interfering with our greatness, I don't have a problem hoping they do well, especially with Wilks and CMC over there now. (As an aside though, I fuging hated their guts after that 2013 playoff game.)

I get the sentiment, but did anybody else interview him for a DC job?

If somebody other than the 49ers called him, I missed it.

Good for Wilks. I will always appreciate his leadership and ability to bring the culture back to BOA after the clown left us officially.
