Love the hire...Also consider  the fact Frank isn't exactly a young man anymore. So we have two potential head coach replacements when he decides to step away.

If Brown does well he will be a head coach within 2-3 years

It's kind of weird but this coaching hire cycle feels like free agency. It's big news for almost every position coach hire. Haven't seen this much hype for a coaching staff. I don't remember much media hype over Rhule's staff.

Other than Joe Brady lol we all thought we struck gold. Rhule era was embarrassing

    • Just like Clowney said, the team feeds off of the energy of the QB. The fact that Bryce is soft-spoken doesn't bother me, but he has to be saying, first, something that  materially matters, and, second, in a manner---soft spoken or not---that inspires his teammates.
    • The only way he should have gone in the 1st is because it was such a weak RB class and not because he woukd have been such a great 1st round pick. Game changing 3 down back?   It was a luxury pick and is more about next year then someone who could have helped this year at one of many positions of need. This entire draft showed more poor values and ignored concerns so SSDD. Yes he has upside but again it's a RB. After trading a beast for a 2nd and change it makes it look even more hilarious of a miss swing on a team desperate to add talent on the field and not in the imaginations of the people in charge. Also when was the last time the Panthers drafted a project that lived up to their ceiling on this team? And the first 3 picks in this draft were projects which would be exciting on a playoff team but not a 2 win team IMO.
