"Expected to be interested" is pretty much speculation, though it would make sense given the connections.

Staley has however specifically stated that he wants to keep all of our current three runningbacks and gave plenty of praise to D'Onta Foreman.

Williams and Foreman seem very similar. I’d prefer whoever costs less.
