You never stop.

I'm living rent-free in your head (or is that Sam Darnold, since you're mentioning him all the time?)

What my opinion is about this, has no effect on anything.

And my opinion is that CJ is the SURE THING.

Now head on back to the Chicago Bears forum and continue selling Bears fans on PJ Walker's "Greatness".   Shoo!  Shoo!

Lol...definitely not a sure thing...in fact I give 40-60 % on making it as a starter in this league in 3 yrs.40% for and 60% against. This is why it was too costly to trade up for this "just to do something" bs...

"too costly"?

Well it's your opinion, man.

Just like it was mine when I said CJ is the Sure thing.

And it's not our job to make these decisions anyway.

We now have the pick where we(or rather the Panthers) can select whomever they f'n like at #1.

I just believe in the end, it will be CJ.

Whenever I look at Bryce Young throw I don't see tight spirals.  I see a little bit of a wobble on the ball.

Peyton Manning threw wobblers too. Worked out fine for him.

Jeff George threw some of the best looking passes at a velocity that few others could. Who? Exactly.

Yes, and the ball doesn't come off his hand with a lot of velocity. That will be an issue in the NFL.

What do you mean "who"?

I knew who Jeff George was.

And I'm sure many older fans here knew as well.   🤷‍♂️

Lol...its a message board...yes it's my opinion. And in the end if they do it, it will be too costly. The only value for us is to trade back.At this point doing that and taking AR would be a better value. Then at least we would have picks to improve the overall team and AR will eventually be a good TE.

Honestly, it seems pretty obvious that Young bulked (fattened) up to step on the scale at 200+ at the Combine and that's probably why he lived in that hoody. Dude was probably rocking a gut and some man titties. Probably got up to close to 200 then tanked up with water to make sure he came in comfortably over. Then he slimmed back down for his pro day. If he was still 200+ he would've happily hopped back in a scale to prove it.

    • Names I'd keep an eye on... Coby White,  Jalen Suggs, Amen Thompson  and Stephen Castle...  3 teams except Orlando has checked on Melo before and rumblings of sours getting rid of fox too. I'd think they think Melo and Wemby would make them nuclear out west.
    • Well he somehow had 12 preseason carries for not playing. He also has 20 carries in the regular season, not three. He has actually played in about 7% of the offensive snaps for this regular season(33% of the special teams snaps). This isn't stuff you have to make up, these are very easily referenced statistics, man.
    • It's not common for a RB to recover from two ACL tears in the same knee. It's fairly rare. You are correct that it isn't the career ender that it used to be but there is also the fact that we appear to have largely moved on with the additions of Dowdle and Etienne.  Dobbins is a very good example. He has basically missed 54% of his career regular season games since he came into the league in 2020. It will end up being 57% at the conclusion of this season. It's a big contributing factor to why he is on this third NFL team in 6 years. It's certainly possible that may be 4 by the beginning of next season. I would say there is very little chance that Brooks ever contributes in any meaningful way in Carolina. Possibly with another team but I am extremely skeptical of his future here because of those injuries and because of the roster.
