Looks like we are gonna get some Hard Knocks coverage when we host the Jets.

Doubt it , they will show a positive Jets play and cut to the team arriving back in New York

"This week after a successful scrimmage against an nfc team, Rodgers and the Jets fly back home to evaluate there progress"

Probably won't be has entertaining has the last time the Jets were featured, I bet Rex Ryan made there sensor person quit , he didn't give a fug if he was mic'ed up, just let the fbombs fly, give fans the real experience

Yeah, they won't even mention the word Panthers. It's the Jets Hard Knocks. The focus is on them.

They showed some of us when we hosted the Dolphins during our last joint practices against the dolphins/hard knocks.

Just realized that the Jets are also in the HOF game.  We get them early for the joint practice and our 1st preseason game.  Should be a good experience and challenge for the team.  Jets get to camp early and already have 1 game under their belt when the Panthers play their 1st.  Good challenge.

With us showcasing the number one pick I’m pretty’s sure the NFL will give us plenty of attention we have to many storylines to ignore. Frank R Don Capers Heisman winning number one pick. Add in Everjo being a leading head coaching candidate just a year ago if we play and practice up to par it should make for good reality tv. So I’d expect a lot of coverage for both teams.

I completely agree a very strong defense adding in a hall of fame qb to really good offensive weapons should be the kind of competition that lets us know where we may stand this year. Especially with them having a little more prep time if we can hold our own it should be a sign of good things to come. Of course we should get better as the year progresses but a good gauge as to where we stand early in the season. I’m excited for the scrimmages right off the bat.

Good to know, I wonder how the two teams will approach that preseason game. I don't see it being viewed as a legit warm up game for starters, maybe they get a series or two.

A good test when they are in the game.  Also a good bit of info in those practices I would think.

    • I fully expect them to pick up his 5th year , and they're waiting for him to put a full excellent consistent season of QB play in year 4 or 5. If that don't happen,  they'll eventually cut ties.  Here's to hoping he just goes on a team in 2026. The worst thing he could do is continue to see-saw us to around .500 records because it might be impossible to replace him at that point unless youre willing to do the veteran qb carousel poo we did from 2019 to 2023.
    • What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
