Tbh, that's kinda how the NFL works. You can't have a QB throw for 5000 yards without your pass catchers also getting 5000 yards. A good QB makes their skill positions look better, and vice versa.

Are you suggesting that Rogers will throw for 5,000 yards this year? Cuz he didn't even break 4,000 last year.

No it was a random number; just an example to get my point across. Wasn't really saying anything about a specific player. Same can be said for a QB that throws for 2000 yards. Hard to have a bunch of receivers with 1000 yards seasons when the QB only completes 2000 yards worth.

The point: A good QB will elevate his receivers and they will look better on paper. A bad QB is going to bring the receivers down to his level.

Not released yet. Dalton is 73. Bryce will probably be a couple points above that for his rookie year.

Need to keep in mind that Madden makes these ratings for how they project their overall to be "Week 1" and they update it throughout the season. 

In Franchise Mode the rookies will typically develop faster while the older folks like Thielen will lose ratings over time.

NFL Network has been showing a bunch of Viking games. Time and time again I'm watching Thielen get open, while Cousins throws a pass to Jefferson in coverage. Including the Colts game they're showing right now. I mean, he doesn't even seem to be looking Thielen's direction most of the time.

There's a reason he wanted to leave . I think he's gonna have his best season in years.

Awareness is supposed to be worth a lot. I expect BYoung around a 77-78 to start. The thing folks were worried about in terms of his ability to take hits in the NFL doesn’t really help or hurt the overall rating much in Madden, at least in years past.
