Pretty soon that kind of environment  is gonna make no one want to take a job here at all. I think he needs to ride Reich out the season.

I used to think so, but we have become such a clown organization. I think doing that might actually attract the right person. If you know your stuff and you know you can get results you don’t walk around job scared.

That's just delaying the inevitable.

 

The HC might be already on the roster. Promote Evero to HC and see how that goes.

I feel like there is a reason why we brought in a couple of HC candidates after hiring Reich. I think Tepper wanted a safety net in case Reich didnt work out.

I am actually convinced Evero should be the dude, BUT who knows. If its to make him the HC id be ok with it but…its still very risky
