I don't care about this mythical "true #1" but I honestly don't think you can name 32 better NFL WRs than Tee Higgins.

The people who don’t think Higgins is a “true #1” are really just speaking in code, and the code is, “Higgins isn’t a Top 10 WR so I don’t consider him a WR #1”

Its like they think Top 10 WRs become available each off season and that’s who we should be targeting instead, so dumb

I would rather they draft the CB/LB due to the past 2nd round WR we drafted and sign WR1 & WR2 from the FA......

Jonathan Mingo (pending)

Terrace Marshall jr

Curtis Samuel

Devin Funchess

Dwayne Jarrett

Keary Colbert

Muhshin Muhammad (Exception)

Our best bet is to draft Muhammad’s kid in the 2nd

Ever since Smitty there's a lot of our fanbase that thinks anyone who isn't arguably the best WR in the NFL isn't a "true #1".

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have a guy like that again but there's only a handful in the league at any given time.

I can't Agree with the concensus huddle Group think that all second round wrs suck so dont draft 1. Thats the same logic of all ohio state qbs suck until C.J Stroud... or all FSU defensive ends are Everett Brown until.. Brian Burns... The fact is all draft classes are not created equal.

Some guys get pushed up or down depending on how much a team needs and how deep the class is. Hell Davonte Adams when in the second round behind Benjamin and OBJ and i think cooks... Kennan Allen went in the second round looks like a Hall of famer.. Don't base every guy who is in the second round as all the same guy. each prospect should be looked at on a individual basis.

Let me put it this way. I have no interest in another Scott Fitterer 2nd round WR looking at TMJ and Mingo.

    • Carolina Panthers rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan is putting the league on notice early into his NFL career, and 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan is well aware.  “I think he’s a stud,” Shanahan told reporters Thursday. “He’s going to be one of the best receivers in this league sooner than later. He’s got all the skill sets to do it, and I think he’s just getting started.”  Through 11 games played, McMillan has racked up 748 receiving yards on 54 receptions. He ranks sixth in the NFL in receiving yards and leads all rookies in the category.  Carolina selected McMillan as the No. 8 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. San Francisco had the 11th overall pick.  Did the receiver out of Arizona catch Shanahan’s eye in draft preparation?  “Yeah, big time,” Shanahan said.  Shanahan also said that he thought the receiver would be taken well ahead of the 49ers’ draft position, but the team did their due diligence when scouting the best overall draft picks in the 2025 class. With McMillan off the board, San Francisco ended up selecting defensive end Mykel Williams with the 11th pick to bolster its defensive line. https://www.nbcsportsbayarea.com/nfl/san-francisco-49ers/kyle-shanahan-tetairoa-mcmillan/1893558/
    • Koochie is playing his best hockey yet so far but it’s a small sample size
    • In basically every win but Atlanta he's had 2-3 plays that were a big deal but he also was part of why we needed those 2-3 plays instead of just cruising.
