Heres a good piece and update on this topic- https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/agents-take-what-is-holding-up-nfl-draft-second-rounders-from-signing-rookie-deals/ Third year seems to be a issue and the amount of that's guaranteed. Part of the issue was Texans allowing the first full guarantee, but in the piece its states the current hang up is Saints 40th pick tyler. Qbs always are harder to pay, 3rd round Milore is also messing up. Every player drafted close to any great contract, they want the same. It honestly looks like some 2nd rounders could miss TC reps, including Panthers Nic. Its a showdown, no agent will want the title "didn't get my 2nd rounder full guaranteed like the pick before". Teams may have to conclude in order to end this mess. -
