Sounds like Tepper is getting Impatient

per Adam Schefter on McAfee show just now.

If Reich is fired after one season, no coach you would want to hire would come here without offering him ‘generational’ contract money.  Dan Snyder 2.0 but without hair.

Especially problematic statement...

"This is why David Tepper has been successful in business, because that's the way he operates."

That's fine in business.

In football, not so much.

Football is an area where David Tepper doesn't have a clue, and if he thinks he can just operate a football team the same way he would a hedge fund, he's an idiot.

Presenting Nicole Tepper....

Heres her official bio.  There is literally nothing about her work history, education etc anywhere on the internet.  She looks like Jersey trash that got lucky and hooked up with a billionaire.   Thats 1/2 of who we have making football decisions.  That is a problem that is not going away

Good. He will throw his weight around and people will leak the crap he made them do and we can all finally see who did what in this mess.

All of those people have contracts so they are getting paid either way. He has no clue about how any of this works

If they do fire Fitt they should look at firing Reich and letting the new GM pick his HC.  Honestly the best thing moving forward would hiring a director like many have stated to run things, having a committee (ran by new director) find a new GM and letting the new GM find his HC.  I don't like pairing new GMs with old HCs and vise versa.  Build a roster and offense around Young and see how he does the next year or two.  If the new HC doesn't like what he see from Young after year 2 we will have our 1st rounder back to try again and let him pick his guy.
