So other than firing the owner

First move would be hire Ben Johnson at HC and Ray Agnew at GM. After that, focus on the draft. The WR class is very good this year and we could get a gamer at 33 like Troy Franklin or Adonai Mitchell. Take a long look at OT and G as well. Jordan Morgan out of Arizona is a guy that might be available at 33 which would allow us to slide Ickey in at G.

Firing Fitterer and finally getting proper alignment between a GM and HC by hiring them both during the same cycle. Tepper hiring a President of Football Operations would be a mature move too but I don’t know if that’ll happen.

Him firing Fitt on black Monday is an absolute must though. If he doesn’t, that’ll kind of tank my excitement for a HC hire because that exposé article made it seem like Fitt had no problem undermining a HC.

We need a change at GM and an overhaul of the scouting department, both at the college level AND especially the veteran free agent level. Bad draft picks are one thing, but the sheer number of flat tires this group has brought in over the years is astounding. And the contracts they've given out to them, whew.

The next thing is to redo our defensive philosophy and go back to a 4-3 defense that is better suited to the NFCSouth.

Next, go to Brian Burns, give him the contract he wants with the caveat that we're trading him and that contract to a contender team for draft picks. Let's make it work for both of us. If not, let him go and get the compensatory draft picks. It's obvious he doesn't want to be here (based on the effort we've seen) and let's not nail the man's feet to the floor any further.

Renegotiate Sanders' contract based on performance with the option of being cut. Then give Chuba a decent contract. The kid has earned it and still has a lot of tread on his tires. Might not be CMC (and who is?) but he's the best RB we've got right now by a long margin.

Next, at the Combine I'd quietly shop around Jaycee Horn. The kid is phenomenal but he's made of glass. Maybe he can do better elsewhere and we can get something back for our efforts. If he could play for 14 games a season, it'd be a whole different story, but he's getting starting DB consideration and team placement but he's spent most of his time on the training table instead of the field.

Keep our kicker and punter, lock them in. They've been the most reliable parts on this team.

And lastly, this is a tough one. Stick with Bryce. Hopefully there's growth in him and in our offensive play designs. I think our O-line problems will get stronger in the offseason, we just have to get them to working cohesively as a unit and it could be greatly improved if we let Boseman call protections rather than Bryce.

Keep pounding. Or, honestly, start pounding again. This weak sauce stuff has gotten old.

Fire Coleman and hire a consultant to hire a new President to run the team and clean the entire house while the Teppers take a huge step back and use the new hire as their point of contact with how the team is run. It would take some time to clean all of the mess but wow they would have a lot of choices where to start: Fritters and Suleiman would be my personal 2 with the scouting department right after the draft.

Tepper is so bad at hiring it's comical, just burn it all down even if it takes 2 or 3 years. If you want to really change the cultural cancers that Tepper brought in with him this is the way, top down which if you remember is how he fugged it all up.

Convince Tepper to move the team to St Louis, Oakland, or wherever he wants it, and sell the stadium to the city. The city pays for renovations including grass. Have local businessmen and leaders start campaigning the NFL for a new expansion team. Once awarded a new team, choose a mascot other than a black cat.

    • You honestly think Tampa would have traded down with a division rival so their rival could land a “generational player” at a massive position of need for TB?   bruh
    • Ya'll better quit throwing shots at Zod. He'll come in here and ban everybody. I had a friend @prosource who was banned in 2015 because he said some very minor things about Zod being an ass to the posters on the main forum after starting the All-Pro one. He said he felt like another level is cool, but don't punch down on people that don't want All-Pro. (He did say that it wasn't going to last long anyways.🤔) I distinctly remember him calling and being like "dude, I got banned, my profile says I don't have access to the Huddle!") I feel like once Tepper came in and cut off all unofficial access to the team, Zod was going to be around less. The All-Pro board had really good photos, even in game stuff, and I remember seeing him behind a little fenced in area at Wofford for non team sanctioned press/photographers after Tepper bought the team. I knew then his ego wouldn't allow him to continue with past fervency and effort with that reduction in access. Dude was literally in the locker room when JR was owner.  I came over in 2011 immediately after finding out this place existed. I was super involved with the Charlotte forum, and fell off after its demise. I will never forget arguing Pep over Ryan Sims on that forum! Who is Ryan Sims some of you may ask? My answer is exactly!
    • And not see him running free. Because has been free a lot more than he gets credit for.    Now what XL does with that when he does see the ball, is on him.
