I think we saw the same after the Texans game.

i wouldn’t be surprised if Tepper is telling them to showcase Bryce and the pass game after good performances and deliberately abandon previously working concepts.

That makes no sense, if Thomas Brown wants a future as an OC, he'd run what he thinks is best for the team.  Doing what you say compromises his future and, since he is already out at seasons end, is unfathomable.

The failure is on everyone, the OC is clearly not smart enough to see what we all see and the org is just putrid.

Turned on the TV just in to see the victory formation.

Lmao

David Tepper deserves all of this. No one, and I mean no one, wants to work for that guy.

I wouldn't necessarily say that, seeing as it's the people he hired are the reason that we're in this position lol

Everyone I know in the organization, which is quite a few, either quit or is miserable looking for work and it's all because of Tepper and his wife.

    • Right and I think we can have a conversation about that. But even with the scheme he should still be able to muster more than 1.5 sacks right? I mean DJ Johnson played in Evero's scheme too but that didn't stop us from calling him a bust. Scourton didn't seem to have trouble flashing. There can be different things true at one time.
    • I assume you are quoting my still. If so, I don't know what your argument is since mine was simply showing a play where Bryce scored a TD against the Rams in the playoffs where another poster used a similar still of Herbert's line to defend his poor performance last night. Like I said, Herbert is a better QB but Bryce wins the game last night for the Chargers. It simply is something he does better than Herbert and would play to his strengths. Someone even said earlier Chargers only win 1 or 2 games this year if Bryce was their QB which is so absurdly laughable it wasn't even worth trying to address. I mean this thread is literally called "Bryce Young is the worst QB in Panther's History" so I understand there is no objective arguments to be had here but I found that amusing.
    • I think his knee would make a good reason to switch to guard IF he returns.  Half don't.  Half of those don't last too long.  The strain on a knee (320lb man) vs speed rushers is more substantial.  So I would keep him if I could on a small contract (he will make $17.5 in 2026 fully guaranteed) and think of him as a possible guard for the post Lewis/Hunt era.  Knee injuries in big men are not invitations to invest in them.
