Bozeman

It’s not even an argument the interior OL was the worst in franchise history this season.

It didn’t help that Both starting OGs were out.
But Bozeman really took a step back this year.

That being said.  Should Center be looked at in the draft?  If one of the top Centers makes it to 65

a. Should we take them?

b. Should Bradley be moved to Guard?

Both starting Guards had major injures to end the 2022 season.  Then again, had season ending injuries this year.

Doing some digging.  Bozeman actually spent pretty much his entire time at Guard in Baltimore.  Not transitioning to Center until his last year there, which they then went out and drafted one in rd 1.

The line plays as a unit. When you have 6 different left guards and 7 right guards rotating in week to week and many are jags, retreads and rookies, how good can you look. Our line was awful but we had a tsunami of injuries. Bozeman was last man standing in the middle all season long. I am more concerned about Ekwonu than Bozeman

Upgrade anywhere they can, especially on the lines. I don't care who is sitting at that spot if they can be beat out by someone else.

No idea how the OG play affected his play and not sure it matters in whatever scheme they will be running.

I would like to think injuries at OG effected him.

But I keep going back to the start of the season where he struggled mightily in the joint practices and preseasons Before Brady got hurt.

The 33rd pick in the draft needs to be traded for a later second and hopefully a third.

I wouldn’t be opposed to 2 OL out of those three picks (trade partners 2nd and 3rd and our 3rd).

Two interior Olineman in those picks and the best available edge rusher, receiver or tight end.

    • This draft is 2023 all over again, it's not hard to see. QB's who don't grade out as high first round prospects while at the same time, the following draft class looks to be loaded with elite QB prospects. Drafting a QB just because you need one (or making a bad trade to make said draft pick), when there isn't one worthy of that draft pick, is how you ruin franchises, just look at us right now.
    • I upgraded to the S24+ a few weeks back. Very happy with it.
    • LOL... Yet again proving you can't look below anything than what you see on the surface Mock drafts ARE NOT draft grades They are what people think will happen.  They are mocking teams taking QB's in the top 5 of the draft because that's just historically how drafts go regardless of the grades on the QBs.  Almost every draft expert, even those mocking QB's going high, have said time and time again that none of these QB's actually grade out as those type of picks. This is again, where I say you don't like to actually read what I have to say, because I already explained it. 2022 the exact same thing happened, mock drafts had guys like Pickett and Willis going in the Top 5 because that's just what teams usually do, but GM's listened to their prospect grades and knew they weren't worth taking that high, so they didn't. It's not to say QB's won't go that high this year, but it's to say that they aren't graded out as elite QB prospects.   And yes, I've never said I'm not a T-Mac homer. But me being that doesn't change that he will be the highest graded offensive player in this year's draft, at a position we haven't been able to solve since we lost Smitty.  Taking him makes all the sense in the world, my bias aside.
