Does Dan Morgan hire cause you to financially invest in the team (renew tickets)?

Not a PSL holder but I haven't bought any Panthers merch and haven't paid for a ticket during the Tepper era. I don't plan on that changing until I see some concrete signs of competency via performance on the field and lack of thrown beverages and fuging over local municipalities in dick measuring contests.

This is what I was complaining about yesterday. Promoting someone from within after the complete garbage of this past season and the awful moves this team has made since 2021 is strange to say the least.

doesn’t make a lot of sense

It makes perfect sense if Dan is all you could get.

I haven't invested in the team since around 2016. No tickets, merchandise, or anything other than watching them play on tv. I doubt I would go to a game even if I had free tickets.  You should try it.

I made the mistake of going to a game last year.   instant regret.  we left early.   I will no longer do it.  Not helping this clown fill his seats until he becomes a silent and uninvolved owner.

For me it’s a RESOUNDING NO

no merch

no PSL renewal

nothing

you don’t hire an extensive search firm to hire the guy who was part of drafting Bryce Young. This just tells me that the search firm and all that was window dressing, Tepper has not changed one bit

how can we as fans respond?

skip the March on Mint nonsense

just don’t spend money on the team, no merchandise, no tickets. Just watch the circus from home or watch red zone

What if the extensive search firm told him Dan was the right man for the job?

    • I wonder if the Hornets view Kon and McNeeley more as forwards and plan to ship off Green/Okogie/Smith for center help. I hope they don’t plan to ship off Sexton as I like what he brings to the team. (2) G - Ball, Mann, Simpson (two-way) (3) G - Sexton, Dinwiddie, Connaughton (3) F - Miller, Knueppel, McNeeley, James (two-way) (3) F - Bridges, Williams, Salaun (3) C - Diabate, Kalkbrenner, Plumlee
    • 3 main reasons he was better in 2023 and none of them concern me for his NFL prospects 1. Totally new coaching staff that was a massive downgrade and had god awful play calling and designs, the entire fan base was ready to run the coaching staff out of town a month into their first season and the play caller ended up getting changed because it was so bad. 2. Along with the staff downgrade, his QB played significantly worse after being the Pac 12 Freshman of the Year in 2023.  Constantly missed T-Mac when he was wide open, lost out on a number of TDs and a good amount of yardage, half the time T-Mac still almost made miraculous catches on the bad passes too. 3. He hurt his ankle over the summer and missed all of fall camp only to return to practice a few days before the season started and I think he had to deal with it all season long and was slightly limping at times mid season too, but kept fighting through it to still be a 1st team All American.
    • Good luck to Burns. He’s fine as a third pairing defensemen but Rod is too stubborn to do that.
