This whole scenerio will be the tell sign if Morgan is for real imo

Burns played not get hurt, put himself over the team for money. This will not command respect from the other players and sure as hell won’t send a good message. It will not foster competitiveness like Morgan wants.

This is not ‘that dog’ mentality Morgan keeps referring to. It’s not passion. Not the toughness he wants. And certainly doesn’t ‘embody what it means to be a Panther’.

Well Morgan…we full of poo? Or can we move on from this guy and try and get a pick or two.

If he would've put himself he would've held out and not played at all. Not once did he say he played not to get hurt he was truthful by saying he was SCARED to get hurt smdh

I didn’t take it that way.

So how does playing scared change anything I said though? Is playing scared tough? Playing scared with ‘that dog’ in him…wtf are you on about?…that’s what’s dumb about this comment.

In fact, only thing your comment added was suggesting Burns played 100% to his abilities. And if that’s true 30 mil a year for last year is asinine.

What makes u think he PLAYED scared? Saying you were scared to get hurt doesn't mean you're PLAYING SCARED

      Bet didn't hit because the referee missed 3 clear corner kicks. I had a 5k parlay that would have been alive tomorrow if he didn't miss those calls as well. Super annoying

      I don't think it's at all a given that we have players who are good at driving the basket. I guess that depends on your definition. Bridges is 43rd in attempts in the paint Miller is 64th and LaMelo is 66th. We all love to see the lob threat but it's largely miniscule at this point in time. There's gotta be a solution here if LaMelo is to be the centerpiece because this is simply not sustainable if we want to continue to ascend. If he can't drive to the basket then that means we need to add another player to the core who consistently can. That would require moving someone like Miles Bridges. And that's certainly not going to be popular with LaMelo but something has to give here for what we are investing and we need to maximize guys like Miller and Knueppel on rookie deals while we still can. The three chucking is fine when it's working where the issue comes into play is there are no adjustments when it isn't and we just go into a shell and begin to look like the Hornets of yesteryear. That's why the offensive evolution of all involved is critical to us taking the next step. Getting to the play in is nice but we should have our sights set much higher. Right now though they need to take care of business against the Heat. All I ask is that they at least beat those fools. I cannot stand the Heat.
