July 15th....clock is ticking, Tilis. Let's get this done. First hurdle is the NFL Draft, so if 0 is still a Panther after the draft, I think a LT deal gets done between then and July. No way they let a $24M hit remain in a very important offseason where adding talent is needed.

"The goal remains to sign Burns to a long-term deal. Carolina also wants to re-sign free agent linebacker Frankie Luvu and sign defensive tackle Derrick Brown to a long-term deal."

OK NFL Nerds with little to no lives:

What does this mean in relation to the possibility of trading Burns?   In other words, does this distinction provide an indication of what they intend to do?  It would seem to me that they might have better luck trading him after the draft--but I don't keep up with patterns, so I am curious. 

Now I have to get back to a fulfilling, very productive life.  Thanks in advance,

This tells me that nothing has changed with this team. I do not want to hear Dan Morgan mention the word Dawg again. He's full of poo.

Probably aren't trading him.

Unless we give him permission to talk to other teams about a contract extension (like Lamar Jackson last year), we are keeping him.

The time to trade him is either before the draft, during is unlikely, after is pointless.

      Leaning towards just ordering this tonight, but now I have no idea on size. Has anyone bought a bunch of jerseys in the last few years and can convey how the Game vs Limited vs Reebok versions all fit? These are both Mediums... The white one here is a Reebok one from 2010, and was when they had the "+2 length" on the tag and it was the version with the stitched numbers instead of iron on... the blue one is from 2022 and is the F.U.S.E Limited version also with stitched stuff, not the "game jersey" with the ironed on numbers/letters that they have the T-Mac jerseys in. The old one fits me fine, the blue one was always a tad snug on me, particularly in the shoulders I'm leaning going with a Large based on the CMC, but for all I know, that is made with a tighter cut due to the higher "limited" level and the "game" ones they have for T-Mac are cut more like a T-Shirt and thus will fit more like the old white one I have here, not sure. (and yes, I already tried going to a sporting goods store here to hopefully try on a Lions jersey to see, but they don't have any right now)

      My unbelievable pile is touching the moon now-a-days. Bill is ultra control freak if there was ever one in the NFL, he's the guy. He stayed off SM and hate hate hated the media..........(wow bill what did you do in 2024??!?!?!).  So this guy, 100% control freak, just gave away all his SM to a 24 year old?? He doesn't understand SM at all... This is the same level as 8 time SB winner coming to coach UNC, after all this NIL BS that drove out his other control freak coaching friends.  This time line is insane.
