We signed Clowney....

It has strangely always felt inevitable that Clowney would be a Panther some day. The vibes were always  there. Even after the board tried to force "downey for Clowney" as a follow up to "suck for Luck" and it felt almost as cringe and forced than this year's "Gerber" thing.

Burns best game will be against us as it is his “prove you wrong” game. And media will eat it up and ignore the rest of his season that will be good, but not great. Certainly not what they paid $30M for.

Not if Canales runs right at him. These guards and tackles would eat him alive.

I remember the Smith game but the the Peppers game. What happened?

One of the most god awful games I’ve ever watched. The panthers defense intercepted 4 passes from the bears who were starting Todd Collins….and lost by 17 points. Peppers had a pick and shushed the crowd. Jimmy Clausen and Matt Moore combined to throw 32 passes for 96 yards and 3 INTs with no TDS….adjusted for the lost yardage on the 5 sacks they took it was 62 net passing yards. Matt forte had 166 yards and 2 TDs including one for 68 yards where no one appeared to be interested in trying to tackle him.

Forgot about his knee surgery earlier in his career , I think it's similar to what Shaq had done

One thing that you probably didn't notice is that Florio says "Jadeveon" incorrectly (like 90 percent of people) and Simms says it correctly.

I don't remember him coming off as this extroverted with his previous teams. Maybe he really did just wanna go home and have his kids around the family and all that

I can't imagine him wanting to take it easy with his family there either. Could mean he's going to ball out to impress them all. Home town means you play with a bit more pride and purpose.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
