ok...at this point, if CRA was in charge of the Panthers....

I'm basically just having Canales talk at the mic.   Oh, and my guy XL.  But Morgan and Bryce both make me want to fall asleep and do the opposite of preseason hype.

The team let go of most of its talent for various reasons and really hasn't replaced it yet despite a multi year rebuild that started under Rhule. The team hasn't had a winning season in years and is coming off a 2 win season. So, yeah, they suck. The GM isn't a great public speaker and doesn't excite people either. What else do you expect?

I think you mean "debuild" at this point.

Morgan excited me a couple of times. When he starts talking about football players. I know he knows about that part. I don’t think I’ve heard anyone say they just want football players for a while.

Young this year... it has to be put up or shut up. If you’re gonna be the guy, be the guy. If you are not gonna be the guy, sit the hell down.

I was just saying Steve in general, but you're right it was technically Stephon.

I wasn't trying to correct you and even missed your Steve statement, just seen the picture and a old brain neutron fired for the first time....Then I generally missed old 90s TV. I think the producers came up with "stephon" when Steve was having trouble doing urkels voice after puberty.

No worries, no offense taken. I never knew that about the Stephon character but it makes sense.
I’m something of a 90s kid myself.

Never knew that

    • …is Brycen Tremayne with 108 yards. Not sure what that tells us but I imagine it’s some sort of gumbo consisting of the following: - Bryce can’t push the ball downfield  - contrary to what many were saying this offseason, the wr still needs a lot of work.  - we need Coker back badly.  - Brycen is pretty good! Congrats to that young man! Curious to hear other’s read on it. Was a pretty surprised to see he had more yards than anyone other than Tet and thought that was symptomatic of our issues on offense.
    • I don’t think many fans would have guessed the Chiefs and Ravens would be where they are right now. Same goes for some surprise packages like the Colts, I’m not sure many would have put money on them being top of their division after five weeks. It’ll be interesting to see if this continues!   Not necessarily. The Chargers have lost both starting OL and their 1st and 2nd choice RBs. They fell apart against Washington. The Broncos have just beat the Eagles, so they’d be my favourite in that division, but they are still only one win ahead of the Chiefs. All the Chiefs need is a couple of results to go their way and they’ll be right in the fight for the AFC East. I think that division is going to be very close and probably not a 12 or 13 win division like predicted. Unless of course the Broncos kick on.
