Just off the top of my head without going back and counting games or whatever:

Josh Norman, Greg Hardy, David Gettis, Andrew Norwell, Kevin Greene, Mike Mitchell, Robbie Anderson, Haason Reddick, Jeff Otah, Steve Beuerlein, wasn’t Mike Remmer good one year then hot garbage the rest? Maake Kemeoatu? I don’t remember if we got a year out of him.

David Gettis and Ian Thomas are the preseason wonders GOATs.

You have to play us! That season was so hype. I think that was the season Greg Hardy went off, too, no spoon.

Mike Mitchell that 1 season is what we wanted Charles Godfrey to be for 5 years with us...

I'll throw in 1999 Steve Beuerlein since he's mentioned a lot for one year wonders

SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID KELVIN BENJAMIN is the ultimate 1 yr wonder

DROPTIMUS PRIME Sad Anthony Anderson GIF

No lie he fooled me his rookie season. I thought for sure he was going to be Cam's #1 WR for years to come.

Also thought Devin Funchess was going to be his sidekick. Damn it hurts thinking about those 2 lol

    • Aggressive runner, hits the hole fast, and runs angry.  Just a few yards shy of the single game record for the team.  Absolutely phenomenal performance.  If the gameplan hadn't become weirdly pass heavy for the 3rd and first half of the 4th quarters he might have been flirting with 300.
    • I felt that way before the season started, but I'm sorry, he's already proven he isn't that guy, I don't need to learn anything more about him. He threw the ball 30 times today and could only throw for 198 yards, which was his 2nd best yardage game this year, he's just not the guy. Which means this season has already moved onto the 2nd most important thing going into this season after evaluating Bryce, and that's developing our best young players. You don't do that by only throwing 8 of your 30 passes to your best player who is still only a rookie.  Pepper him with targets and help develop him so he's ready to take a huge leap next year when we get a real HC and QB to get him the ball.
    • Every win comes from a non-sustainable source.  As CRA mentioned, Penix absolutely imploding against ATL, and then today, defense finally clicked and looked the best they’ve looked in a long time (and still have up 24 points lol) and Rico ran for 200+ yards.  We’re not going to get that every week, especially against good teams, which neither Miami or ATL are.  Both MIA and ATL are bad teams and Bryce still couldn’t get it together.  The defense (and team) had to overcome 14 points because of his turnovers again.  That was not even an average QB performance.  We are winning in spite of him.
