Heard his name a lot last year when we played them. I looked up his game and season stats and the guy had a season high 6 tackles in a game against us. I'm down with the trade. We traded an undersized (doesn't mean much at this point) LB for a "proven" corner. Hope it works out.

Apparently we drafted Michael Barret in the 7th round, which is news to me lol

I don't think I heard this dude's name in the draft or in training camp. Who the hell is this guy?!

A 7th rounder nobody for a proven #2 CB. Easy trade.

Morgan drafted the kid knowing all of this lol.

JK

One of the guys people4 whined about (Wallace) on draft night, is looking pretty good from what I hear.

His 4th rounder is a board favorite.

Haven’t seen Brooks, Legette wouldn’t be the first lat 1st WR to need some time, his late CB seems to be doing okay.

Jury is still out but maybe it isn’t Fitterer part two.

Some words to describe this guy game.

Just Beat It- will get beat once the WR gets past him.

Smooth Criminal- until he gets beat off fhe line of scrimmage.

Thriller- he's going to thrill the fanbase with his ability to get smoked at the line of scrimmage.

Rock with you- not for long

Don't stop till you get enough - yeah he's going to make us stop soon enough.

Conclusion this dude ain't good so don't go thinking he is a legend like the great Michael Jackson.

I'm cringe ASF shout out the King of cringe @Ricky Prickles

I get the need given all the extenuating circumstances. Snagging a young CB from the Seahawks sounds like a solid move. I assume Evero had significant input as well with Morgan.

Now let's do Center please...

Raym looked pretty good and this film breakdown highlights a handful of his snaps. Jack Anderson at LG as well

    • I think Indiana will win it all but Miami should give them a much better fight than Oregon did.
    • When I tell people I was at that game, they usually say oh that’s so cool you had the experience. I call it soul crushing. Why? The weeks and months leading up to it were great, the team was fun to watch every week…some weeks the offense was unstoppable and carried the team (saints and giants road games), other times the defense carried the load (jaguars, tampa). Lots of back and forth games against good teams (Seattle and Indy). Good young players on the team, but the veteran leadership was incredible…from Cam, Olsen, Kalil and J Stew to Luke, TD, Norman, Tillman, Jared Allen, CJ. Role players like Fozzy Whitaker, Cotchery (he caught that MFer), Philly brown, Kyle love, AJ Klein, and so on.  The Friday before the nfc championship my wife and I after a few drinks said let’s see what prices look like for flights/accommodations and we got to talking about how much prices would increase if we waited until we found out if we would be in the big game. We said screw it, we are only out $200 if we have to cancel.  Of course we come out and just pulverized the cardinals in front of the most raucous crowd by far we’ve ever had. We had no idea what we would do for game tickets and then found out a neighbor who worked for the team could get us 2 for face value (each employee got two of their own for free, something cool that JR did).  But then the NFL mafia decided that the storyline of manning going out on top like Elway would give them more goodwill than a non traditional QB who didn’t connect with their target demo and the rest is history. I never have and never will watch that game again. I am just hoping I can see them win one in the 2nd half of my life.
