I watched every painful minute. I don't know why. The 1st quarter said it all.

I was planning to watch the entire game. Our offense was so boring that I fell asleep when the score was 37-10. When I woke up it was 47-10 with under 6 minutes to go. I think my nap was more exiting than the game.

Went to a local sports bar with my Panthers "Chris Harris" jersey - usually good luck. Called ahead and got a TV reserved and everything. Sat next to a deaf war vet that happened to be a Saints fan. We had great convo. No one was mean to me. I think they felt sorry for me more than anything. Ran out of there after Saints scored the last TD run with Williams.

Completely embarrassed and won't do that again until they show me something. That ish was the worst!

I watched the whole fuging game because I'm a glutton for punishment, and a sick and twisted side of me wants the failure to be so catastrophic that it can't be ignored or brushed aside as "growing pains" or whatever the fug people think.

I got swindled into sunday ticket auto renew which I'm still fuging pissed about (although obviously my fault as everything is auto-renew these days, just didn't realize it would go up $200 in price). I'm gonna wind up just using it for Chiefs games, certain good matchups that aren't national and maybe occasionally to watch our NFCS rivals to root against them. Panthers, nah fug that.

Nooooo.  I feel for you man.  Paying for Sunday Ticket for this Panthers team should be unconstitutional.

I too kept it on for the whole game, but went double screens with the US Open -- even with the disastrous first half I didn't want to miss a potential epic comeback (LOL!) in week 1 if it were to happen. Should've been studying for a big test I have next Saturday, now I'll be up late doing that instead since I'm a dumbass.

was seriously devastating when I saw my CC statement with the renewal, was like WTF is this and then realized. Immediately went and canceled it for next year at least lol.

Following a Buccaneers loss in their early seasons, McKay was asked what he thought of his offense's "execution." He replied, "I'm in favor of it."

This is how I feel about it. Thanks John McKay. Turned it to redzone at the end of 1st. quarter.

    • He might have a lucky sack then crickets the rest of the game.
    • Panthers' Bryce Young took a significant step forward in Week 9 Bryce Young is back as the Carolina Panthers‘ starting quarterback, and he is fresh off his best performance of the season. It was an encouraging showing — one that resulted in only the Panthers' second win — for a young quarterback who was previously benched. Highest-Graded Quarterbacks in Week 9 Young finished Week 9 against the New Orleans Saints with a 77.8 PFF overall grade, his highest grade this season and the third-highest of his career. His stat line doesn’t look overly impressive, but a major reason for that is his two big-time throws being dropped and intercepted — two unlucky plays that would have made his box score better reflect his performance. There’s no hiding that the Panthers' offense has struggled with Young under center. The 2023 No. 1 overall pick looked lost and broken in his first two starts of 2024, but after five weeks as a backup, he seems to have found his confidence again, putting together his two best performances of the season since returning to helm the offense. It took until the second quarter for the Panthers' offense to get going in Week 9, but a big third-down conversion led to their first touchdown of the game. https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-carolina-panthers-bryce-young-significant-step-forward-week-9
    • This is likely a loss. Just look at the stats of their last game; 26 pass attempts versus 31 runs. Daboll knows well enough not to put everything on Daniel Jones. They'll likely stick to that ratio and only have Jones throw a safe pass or two along with a scramble. A big factor with the Saints is that we somehow found a way to stop their first two drives from being touchdowns, and even forced a three and out or two. That's going to be really hard to replicate, and regardless of QB, we just lack enough offensive power to get into a shootout, especially with our O-line not at full strength. I kinda expect our line to utter collapse and Canales utterly refusing to not go pass happy against a defense much more suseptible to the run. But hey, I'd like to be proven wrong. Maybe Canales will decide to throw Brooks out there for his debut and we end up with the reincarnation of Double Trouble. If we somehow win, that's my guess on how.
