We are the worst team in the league, and it's not close, why aren't we having a fire sale??

Based on what we got for Johnson can you imagine how laughably awful the offers are that we're actually turning down? We probably have teams trying to get Jaycee Horn for a 7th rounder in 2026 conditional upon him re-signing for vet min. LOL

With how big brained our front office looked with the Johnson trade, I am surprised they didn't trade Horn, Chuba, and a 2025 5th round pick to the Chiefs for a 2030 7th round draft pick

Yeah, I’m thinking we stopped due to the embarrassment of the Diontae for Donte and realizing our net result was a 7th for trading away a 6th and two starters.

Probably think, we don’t need to look even worse than the terribleness we are.

They have Horn on his 5th year option for '25.

And he will be gone after that. With having back-to-back injury riddled seasons, I think we could have given him something like 5 years (2024 - 2029), 55ish million.

Now it will probably be something like 5 years, 100 million if he stays healthy the rest of this year and next year. And probably like 5 years, 80ish million for other franchises because I'm sure he wants off this team ASAP

Listen Dan, we saw your willingness to trade Diontae for a box of crackers and we’d like to take. How about we do you a solid and take Horn off your hands for a conditional 7th as long as you pay for half of his 5th year option. Deal?

Here is an updated look at the team’s current picks for the 2025 NFL draft:

  • First round - the guy no one wanted
  • Second round (via Los Angeles Rams) - the annual reach
  • Third round - the annual wtf is this guy pick
  • Fourth round - a non position of need rando
  • Fifth round - repeat round 4
  • Fifth round (via New York Giants) - a guy we never heard of
  • Fifth round (via Baltimore Ravens) - we trade away for a move up (become a great player)
  • Seventh round (Own or via Arizona Cardinals) - doesn’t make the team
  • Seventh round (via Kansas City Chiefs) - doesn’t make the team

Updated our 2025 draft expectations for ya

I'm over Morgan. The only good thing he has done is the Jackson trade. Paying a RB and CB given the state of the team is just the wrong move and this is the last chance at much value. Hell their still paying his Sanders mistake while Brooks is still not ready. The team isn't going to win anything so why not hit the reset on the rookie contracts and actually stop with the poorly conceived retools. This last one really stunk.

    • You honestly think Tampa would have traded down with a division rival so their rival could land a “generational player” at a massive position of need for TB?   bruh
    • Ya'll better quit throwing shots at Zod. He'll come in here and ban everybody. I had a friend @prosource who was banned in 2015 because he said some very minor things about Zod being an ass to the posters on the main forum after starting the All-Pro one. He said he felt like another level is cool, but don't punch down on people that don't want All-Pro. (He did say that it wasn't going to last long anyways.🤔) I distinctly remember him calling and being like "dude, I got banned, my profile says I don't have access to the Huddle!") I feel like once Tepper came in and cut off all unofficial access to the team, Zod was going to be around less. The All-Pro board had really good photos, even in game stuff, and I remember seeing him behind a little fenced in area at Wofford for non team sanctioned press/photographers after Tepper bought the team. I knew then his ego wouldn't allow him to continue with past fervency and effort with that reduction in access. Dude was literally in the locker room when JR was owner.  I came over in 2011 immediately after finding out this place existed. I was super involved with the Charlotte forum, and fell off after its demise. I will never forget arguing Pep over Ryan Sims on that forum! Who is Ryan Sims some of you may ask? My answer is exactly!
    • And not see him running free. Because has been free a lot more than he gets credit for.    Now what XL does with that when he does see the ball, is on him.
