Bryce Young completed 16 of 26 passes for 171 yards with a touchdown and an interception crazy this stat line is what people are considering a great day for a number one overall pick

I think most are just saying there was improvement shown and that’s at least something. Obviously no one would want our #1 pick conversation to be at this place, but it is

Including the interception in your narrative is the  “tell me you didn’t watch the game without saying you didn’t watch the game.”

I can’t see any way he could play well enough to convince me he could be a top 5-10 starter in the NFL. Best case scenario he’s 1st round playoff exit anytime he plays a decent defense. I think he’s bad enough that he legitimately won’t have a career after the panthers. I’ll be shocked if someone trades anything for him.

I watched the game was a great play by saints defender to rip the ball out young also played some better.....he also had 2 easy pics dropped during the game by saints defenders. But with all that said wad a win.

49 of those 171 yards were that JT Sanders hurdle play. He basically caught it at the los and ran 49 yards lol. Coker got about 20 of yac before the first td. So give or take 90-100 actual air yards i'm guessing?

    • I think i like the Oregon Safety better
    • Do you see the vision?  As of now our Carolina Panthers don’t have an identity. We are not an offensive powerhouse and on defense we only started getting it together towards the end of the year last year. In my opinion we are much closer to having an incredible defense that scares the daylights out of people. I say the answer is simple and we fully commit to that possible identity.    Emmanuel McNeil Warren (E man)  This guy is like a shark lurking around ready to attack anyone. Fearless. He is easily a top 20 talent in my eyes, and the only reason he isn’t more talked about is because he’s from Toledo. Do your due diligence as panther fans and watch his tape I beg you. Once you’re done watching let me ask you this, if you dropped E - Man into the strong safety spot on the Buckeyes, he isn’t being talked about as one of the best prospects we’ve seen in some time given the skill set you see with this guy? I think so. Put his name on the card and turn it in at 19.    Jacob Rodriguez  High effort, High energy, High IQ guy that flies around the field. We all know Jacob at this point. My only concern is he’s a little bit too good and I’m not sure he makes it to us at our pick in the second. With the additions of Jacob and E- Man I think our defense goes to top 5 in the league. We would have a duo of linebackers that rival anything we’ve had in our past. I’m not a GM so I don’t know what the possible answer could be, but if there’s a way we can comfortably trade up in the second to secure this guy I think we find a way to do it.    Spend the rest of our picks fixing the O - line.    Thoughts Panthers fans? Who’s the ideal duo for yall?
    • OL is arguably much more important to the success of a young QB. (Or any QB)
