even now the division is legit up for grabs and there's an, albeit slim, chance that we could win it.

do we deserve to win it? nope...but neither does anyone else. right now we and the bucs are the toughest ones in the division. falcons are going to be losing more games. if we win out we could pull it off.

it's not because of how "great" we are doing right now. it's more to do with just the division being so bad.

i know some of you are saying we're still a couple years away from being able to win the division, but you aren't looking at how the rest of the division is doing and the shape they are in and right now it's looking like we are going to have the most momentum going into next year.

Yep. We are 4 games behind Tampa so they’d have to lose out and us win out just to get past them. Atlanta is 4-1 in the division already and they beat us so we’d have to win out and they have to lose out as we can’t tie. I could see one of Tampa or Atlanta losing out but not both. Atlanta also plays the Giants and Raiders so they have an easier schedule.

      I would be quite surprised if he got more than a fine. Flopping has long been out of hand in the NBA. There were definitely some Heat players doing extra selling fouls. LaMelo seems to be getting quite a bit of hate on social media for the Bam injury though. And it is fair to wonder how the next opponent might defend him going forward knowing what happened. I don't think we can just be homers and dismiss it entirely especially after all the complaints we've made about the Pistons in particular. I think this group better be prepared for a very physical game on Friday.

      When you look closely at the play it was careless from Melo but bang bang full speed I don’t think it was intentional or dirty or deserving of a foul. Bam’s off balance momentum was already carrying him towards a fall and even if Melo didn’t touch him it may have had the exact same outcome. And honestly I think he did try to sell it more when he felt LaMelo’s hand. Dudes arms flopped back instead of bracing for the fall. Sucks he got hurt but a suspension would be ridiculous and an awful look for the league. Fine and move on

      Sure but it literally would be benching him lol, and it would kill his confidence. He’ll get back in a rhythm, kid just had an all time great rookie season and led the league in 3s, you gotta stick with him as starter. But yeah I’m all for getting some more lineups throughout the game with Coby and Melo   and yeah Miles’ block and Coby and others jumping him in celebration was fuging epic
