yeah correct. like I've said a million times on here. Let's hope he puts in the work and gets better this offseason. If the wrist is why he isn't hand catching rn, I don't know why we are playing him. shut it down and get the surgery early

Absolutely.  If he sucks after an entire NFL off-season. He is fair game

He was coming back through two DBs he had best deep to try to make a hero catch. He's just not very good. Watching you try to pin the majority of the blame on that play on the receiver failing to make the hero catch on a badly thrown ball instead of blaming the QB for not putting the ball out front for an easy catch and possible TD (that XL would've likely dropped anyway) is pretty comical.

This will shock you, but no QB ever is going to throw a perfect ball each pass. All of them, including Bryce, will under throw balls with pressure in their face sometimes. When that happens, you expect your first round WR to at minimum extend his hands and fight for the ball no matter how small a chance he catches it. Watching you try to pin the majority of the blame on the QB (when the WR doesn’t make the effort to extend his arms towards the ball) each time is pretty comical.

The Bucs have a couple of starters out in the secondary as well.  Injuries are part of the game, no excuses.

I mean....that's not an apples to apples comparison. They are down some NFL starters and have to go to a less capable backup NFL player. When we go down players(typically) we have to scour the PS of every NFL team to get someone to physically be present in the game.

    • I member him staying after practices with only to see he was wearing heavy weight vest, one of his trademarks. He also put in 10 years, right? People forget he was the ST stud that called the snap and made sure everyone lined up right. He was one of the "glue" guys that bought his "lunch pail" to work.... He was a willing solider, all teams need a couple of them. He blocked for sooo many panthers RBs- Davis, lane, Williams, foster, goings and when there was huge injuries he took over the starter duties and had a couple 100 yard games. If you followed hoover, he took the perfect RB path cause he was just a slow heavy one himself....
    • Walker likely depends on a couple of things. What exactly did Dan promise him, to start with.  How much other interest he actually had for a starter job at high pay is another question. It isn’t outside the realm of possibility that he could stay on as a swing tackle waiting to take Moton’s spot when it opens.    I can’t get myself to consider Icky as a viable anything until we see him back on the field.     Hunt seems to be a team player and good guy but I don’t think he is worth what he is being paid. I have him tentatively earmarked for cap causality in the near future.
    • Definitely epic tv..... A man who wont cheat for a poke dont want one bad enough.
