An Iowa TE sounds nice.

Also get a good kicker.

Bowman safety.

I don't need to know anything else about him, I'm in on a TE from Iowa, haha

And if we're looking at a kicker, I know after T-Mac people will roll their eyes, but I've brought up Arizona's kicker a few times before too, take a look at Tyler Loop, kid has a monster leg.

Taking a look at the Panthers official visit/meeting tracker - players who the team met with that fall under the 4th/5th round:

- CB Quincy Riley Louisville

- NT Deone Walker Kentucky

- DT Cam'Ron Jackson Florida

- C Drew Kendall Bostol College

- RB Jarquez Hunter Auburn

- RB Ollie Gordon Oklahoma State

Billy Bowman Jr. is really good, undersized, but a quality safety. I hope that's who the Panthers can grab. Malachi Moore is alright too.

It might be hard to get either of them since teams will often trade up to the top of the fourth to get a player that they think can start right away, filling a hole. I wouldn't mind if the Panthers traded up again if they think one of these safeties could start for the team. Same for linebacker, if they think someone is there that would have a role right away.

Otherwise, there's at least a dozen players I have as good developmental prospects.

Some good value at CB, DT and RB.

Bowman is the only remaining safety that I feel is a good with w/Moehrig

Maybe Strong, Tuten, Peebles - the triple hokie haha

Right…hopefully Blackmon or the other FA safety that visited us are on line 1 when the drafts over. Even if we draft one it’s a big ask for a rookie to start day one

    • Thanks for sharing.  I haven’t gotten all the way through but it seems very in depth. I don’t know much about this guy but like the fact that he is high on the panthers and optimistic but did not let that really play into his rankings.  I think 28 is a good stake in the ground. I would question the credibility of anyone ranking this team higher than 24/25.
    • I feel like we had more issues back then, though.  Whether you like the regime or the plan, they do seem to have a plan.  Revamping the team group by group and building something.  I am admittedly overly optimistic when it comes to the Panthers.
    • Coker is a 6-3 215 possession WR at this point.  He had a near 70% catch rate and was really good in contested catches situations.   He is pretty sound fundamentally, and he seems to be very intelligent and self disciplined.  As the fourth WR, he will get his opportunities and I see him more of an AT II if XL and TMac develop as expected.  BEHIND him (at the moment) we have Renfrow, Horn, and Moore.  The bottom line is this:  WR depth is usually based on the confidence the QB has in you.  When the game is on the line, the QB will find the guys he trusts.  For example, Mingo and Marshall did not get many balls--you could say they were not getting open, but it could also be they had not earned the love.
